For example, (Kotler, 2006) defined corporate communication as promoting understanding of the organization through internal and external communications. And (Van Riel, 1995) defined corporate communication as all forms of communication used by the organization other than marketing communication. (Omeno, 2007) The corporate communication can be described as it’s the process or the function of an organization where it regulate and organize the internal and the external communications of such organization.
